Virgin Connect can't find network on new hub 5 with changed ssid

Hi,

New hub 5 installed last night and trying it out rather than using my unifi setup - currently seeing some good results on wifi6, but coverage will need pods to boost  the extremities of the house (pods were sold to me when i renewed my contract but of course they are not delivered yet and my first phone call to cs was fruitless as i need a virtual tech support appt.)

It was easier for me to change the ssid and password to match my previous so that all devices connect autmotically but the virgin connect app can't find my hub even though i'm connected to the network with it on.

I'm sure your hub will update and break stuff by using router mode.

For once i'm going to try and leave it as stock and see what happens. One pod now on order.
