How do

i get access to home broadband and connect to my hub3 on my virgin connect app please

Personally - I'd get my own wireless kit if I were you - the hub is a decent enough modem but a pretty weak router!

I'm sorry to hear that you're having a bit of an issue with the range of your wireless/Wi-Fi service.
