Hi all,
I have my Hub 3 in modem mode and have a TP Link router connected. The problem I have is that my WiFi is pretty lame upstairs and in the back of my home. I am a Volt customer and I understand that VM supply booster of some kind.
The problem I have is that the Virgin Connect app will not find my Hub 3 as I have it set as modem only. It took me all day to get the Hub and TP Link working when I did it and simply put I have no desire to reset it all just to connect the Connect App.
Has anyone else experienced this and if so what was your solution?

VM pods will only work when the hub is in router mode and the SSIDs combined. You would be far better just getting a wireless access for the area with bad coverage,

Thanks for your reply and for educating me on that, I had no idea they would only work with the hub!
I don't suppose you have any reccommendations?
