Very unstable internet, keep getting booted from PC and PS5

Hey all, for the last month or so we have been having very unstable internet. Daily being booted from online PC and PS5 games aswell as incredible slow netflix/disney/amazon. We've turned the router off and back on quite often to try and help and even done the factory reset but its still quite bad. Any ideas?

PC and PS5 are hardwired. Its both our wireless and wired connections that are very poor/unstable. We upgraded to 200mb as lockdown has made us hit the netflix/disney/prime hard and 100mb just couldnt cut it (even though in theory it should). Wireless on iphones we are lucky to get 20mb/s. This last month has been extremely bad though, getting constant kicks from games and even voice chat. It just seems very unstable. My pictures i've uploaded are from the up and downstream but i guess an admin has to check them before they are viewable. I often switch to 4G in the house as its alot faster for browsing/youtube.
