Very slow Wifi on new Hub3

Just upgraded from SuperHub1 to Hub3. Superhub1 had a wifi speed around 32Mbps at best with a max speed quoted atc43Mbps.  Using same speedtest app I'm only getting about 4Mbps at best but Hub3 quotes max of 72Mbs. Hub3 in same site as old Superhub1.

Are you testing using a slow wifi device? Sounds like it's using the slower 2.4ghz signal

I'm testing using the same app on the same device as when I had my Superhub1 when I was getting a Wifi speed of 32Mbps.  All I did was switch the superhub1 for the Hub3 and now I do well to get 4Mbps.  According to the router, both 2.4 Ghz and 5Ghz are enabled.

I'm sorry to hear you're having some issues with your connection. 

 

I've been able to locate your account using your forum information, and can't see any area issues, and the hub looks to be within the specifications we would expect.

 

Do you have any devices that can be moved over to an Ethernet connection?
