You need a tech visit.  You can either ring in and speak to faults on 151 or wait on here for VM to respond.  It takes them up to 7 days to reply on here though.

The post-RS errors you first posted were associated with whatever incident took place as recorded in the event log.

the post-RS errors now showing are likely to be those recorded after a modem reboot during the moments when nothing is sync’d and data is gibberish.

 The SNR isn’t brilliant but shouldn’t result in post-RS errors at that level.  However, SNR can dip, and if you don’t catch it in your stats, post-RS errors can mount.

Regarding your upstream, it would seem that your area has not been upgraded yet with additional fibre capacity.

Hi Greenpalmer,

Thanks for posting your stats. I've checked your connection from here and everything looks fine. The SNR is low but still within tolerable level and has remained stable for the last 72 hours. I'll request for this to be monitored and if the SNR drops any further we'll investigate.
