I have struggled to get Virgin to send out an engineer to assess my broadband problems for a while. But finally this week I managed to get an appointment for an engineer to come to my property to fix my ongoing intermittent broadband issues. An engineer called Warren (in the Wigan area) was able to fix our issues and went above and beyond to address our broadband issues. And also gave some good and helpful advice. Hopefully this message can be noted and Warren praised for his excellent service. If anyone can suggest an alternative means to pass on this positive feedback then please let me know.
