Very Slow Upload Speed for M100

Hello,

The upload speed for my M100 is incredibly slow (0.4-0.5). I need a normal or high speed for my work. What can be done? I already reboot my hub several times and nothing seems to work. Download speed is normal though.

Wired and on Wifi. Both are very slow.

HI EmilySof, thanks for contacting us regarding the broadband issues and we are sorry to hear that you are having issues with this. Can you conform if you are still having these issues? What hub do you have? Have you down loaded the connect app to test the connection? Chris.
