My work VPN is failing intermittently (very frequently, several pings dropped every minute or so) and it has only occurred since moving to Virgin Media recently.
I work for a large IT firm and I am certain that the VPN tunnel is fine - the internet locally (outside VPN) is fine and does not drop. It sounds like it's something either on the router or a hop between Virgin and my company causing the problem.
How can I get this investigated/fixed as the customer service seems non-existent and I don't particularly want to use their 'Gadget Rescue' because it's an issue with Virgin, therefor I don't feel I should be paying for the fix.
