VM hub5

Sorry if already covered. Recently changed over to hub 5 from 3. The WiFi distance is worse than 3, my phone also loses connection constantly just int be room above where as before it was fine. Is there anyway to active hub 3 again as I'm really not impressed since moving to hub5.

ring retentions and tell them you want the 3 reactivating - they might object but be firm other way is ring and switch 5 off and say its faulty and you want 3 back on the line

dial 150 or 0345 454 1111 and follow the prompts to - 'thinking of leaving us' - dont worry about that they do much more - open 8am -10pm 7 days a week - should take you to a UK call centre

theres a freephone number 0800 052 0422. You need option 4 to speak to retentions
