After looking for about half an hour i've seen plenty of people talking about the bugs features of hub 5 and am also having an issue but thought i might as well ask if any has any suggestions or tips before asking for my old hub back.
The problem is that at random points throughout the day one of the 2 band (2.4 and 5.0GHz) will randomly not be visible to any device i own but will usually appear after 30 seconds and was previously only on the 2.4HGZ channel however since today its happened to the 5GHz channel and eventually has stopped showing it at all and has not shown up since for now i've set it as single band but would much prefer dual and haven't been able to fix the issue on my own so far.
If anyone has any suggestions feel free to let me know and thanks

You could turn off smart/intelligent WiFi in the hub. Could be it’s going into a search for best channel sequence and this does affect WiFi.

I am sorry to hear that you are having issues with your new hub and this is not the experience which we want you to have.
Can you confirm if you have tried what Tudor has suggested? Has this resolved the issue?
