I also have the same problem as everyone else, I do not want to call and speak to a member of your team in another country can you also re sync my equipment. I have the full package with 200 speed which keeps cutting out causing streaming to stop and start had this problem for a long time. Might as well go for the full hit both my tv boxes are slow pretty poor quality for the price. Anyone have all my complaints
