Is anybody else experiencing problems setting up using hotspots when away from home.
I have been struggling with the incompetence of 1st AND 2nd line support for the last year in my attempts to get this working.
Thanks for posting on the community and apologies you are unable to connect to Virgin Media Hotspots.
Do you get any error messages when trying to connect?
On the Connect App, did it show that the installation was complete?
Are you signing in with your Virgin Media Mobile or Broadband account?
Does this only happen on the one device?

2 doesn’t say install is complete
3 of course I am signing in with my VM Account
4 it does it on all devices.
