Has this appalling app actually ever worked for anyone?
Simply refuses to connect to my Hub 4.

Hey martinianpaul, thank you for reaching out and I am sorry to hear you are having some issues with your Hub 4 not connecting to the app.
Please can you confirm that you have updated you app to the latest software it will be this Android: 12.28.19 or Apple: 12.28.18.

What error message is it giving you when you are trying to get onto the app?
Please can you just delete and reinstall the app and let me know what happens? Thanks
