Upstream and downstream dBmV and dB

Hi all,

I receive numerous (2-10) dropouts of WiFi and Ethernet each night with my Hub 3.0. I'm here because I've tried every network diagnosis I could find, and out of luck!

I'll attach the upstream and downstream levels, and please let me know what the next step will be to have this situation fixed. Also, I'm on the M200 broadband.

The only thing i can see wrong with your logs/stats is that one of your upstream channels is only at 32 QAM, they should all be 64. I don’t think that that wouldn’t explain all of the dropouts though...

you say it’s on both Ethernet and WiFi?

can you set up a BQM please - post a sharing link to you live graph back here...
