Upload speed dropping

Hi,

I've been having issues lately with my upload speed, it keeps dropping down to bellow 1mpbs. 

I have my Hub 3.0 connected directly with LAN cable to the PC where I am running these tests. Even though download speed is 240 as it should be, upload is way bellow. I tried to factory default router, replaced LAN cable and disconnect all the other users from the network. Still the same.

I've been also having difficulties getting through your Tech support over the phone, and even when I do, I am not at home. What I was told I have to be in order to run the tests and see what is wrong. This does not really work for me as by the time I get home from work, Tech support is not available anymore.

How to get stats from a VM hub

Open a web browser and go to 192.168.0.1 router mode or 192.168.100.1 modem mode

• Click on the “> Check router status” button
• Click on the “Downstream” tab, copy the text and paste into your reply
• Click on the “Upstream” tab, copy the text and paste into your reply

Note that at the time of taking these stats my upload speed was 5mbps. Which is higher than usual, but still very low.
