Upload dropping out

Hi all,

whilst using the internet my upload will drop out but download will be unaffected, one example is while playing a game on the pc I will lag out and not able to move in game and also people can’t hear me on discord but I can hear them fine. Has been happening last few days. Done all the usual reset router n what not.

Hub 3 - Modem Mode - TP-Link Archer C7

Pc is wired. Drops out on the WiFi aswell. Happens on my phone. Also I have the hub 3.0.

Can you post your Hub status and logs?
Someone should be spot if there is a problem
Navigate to http://192.168.0.1 (or http://192.168.100.1 - if in modem mode)
Don't log in!
Click on 'router status'
Copy/paste the data from each of the tabs. The forum software will remove the MAC addresses for you (you may need to click the 'post' button again).

Also, set up a 'Broadband Quality Monitor'. This will monitor the state of your connection and record any network dropouts etc - You can do this at ThinkBroadband (https://www.thinkbroadband.com/broadband/monitoring/quality)
Give it a while to gather data and then click 'Share Live graph' and paste the 'Direct Link' into the forum!

that should be everything? it has got more frequent today, thankyou for helping me.

That's a horrendous amount of PostRS errors - They are cumulative though and the BQM shows a short period of hell!

It's possible that VM were doing network work that caused this.

Can you power of the hub at the wall for 5 mins to reset the error counts and then keep an eye on them to ensure they are not rising
