Hi @Doddsy19 thanks for your post here in the Community, although we're sorry to hear of the concerns you've raised here.

We've ran some checks here and there doesn't appear to be any issues on the line such as localised outages for example.

How are things since your post, have things stabilised over the weekend?

Do you know if this happens over a wired connection too, or is it WiFi only?

If it's WiFi, we'd advise that our WiFi Pods as shown here may help you. Please let us know if you need any further help!
Many thanks

Did you upgrade to 1GB from 350?  If so - have you looked in the Hub's settings to see whether that has been successfully applied?  It sometimes isnt.

Thank you for your reply Doddsy19.

Can you please confirm which devices you are using to run the speed tests from?

Are all wireless devices impacted or does it depend on the room the device is in?

Thanks,

Nat

Checking speed through mobile phone tablets and firestick

Thanks for confirming this @Doddsy19,

Can you confirm have you downloaded our Connect app to run some further diagnostics on the signal and speeds you are getting?

You can download the Connect app via our website here.

Cheers. Joe
