I have serious network stability issues for a past 2 weeks (despite nationwide issue) which drops the ping to impossible levels (500+) and speed goes down to 0.5-1Mbps DL.
It's nowhere near my 200Mbps I am paying for and to be honest was ok when I was on 150. No drops like that ever happened.
I've upgraded recently to SuperHub3 and after WiFi tests I've connected AC88U as wifi provider leaving SH3 as modem. Tests were made on ethernet cable connected to SH3 directly to avoid speculation on WiFi games.
Images need to be approved before they are visible to everyone. Normally they should be visible to you as the uploader, but a bug in the current forum code prevents even you seeing them until they are approved. If you see yellow triangles in place of your images then they are fine and just awaiting approval. If any of them are showing a red circle with a diagonal line through it then that image has been rejected.
In your case your image was rejected to protect your privacy as it contained your WAN IP address, which is against the forum rules. There are share options on the Speedtest results page that allow you to share your results without exposing your IP address.
The power levels on your hub look OK, but the almost constant "RCS Partial Service" errors in the log is unhealthy as is the large number of Post RS errors on the downstream.
This will probably need an engineer to visit and investigate. You can try calling to report this, not easy to get through right now I know, or wait for one of the forum team to pick this up. Can't say how long it will take them to get here though as staff are stretched during the current crisis.
My setup: V6 TV box, M350 Fibre broadband with Hub 3 in modem mode connected to a Netgear R7000 router. Telewest/VM user since 2001.
