Unstable/intermittent connection

Hello!

I was advised to post here from Virgin on Twitter as my issues still haven’t been resolved.

 

so a couple of weeks back my internet (volt package) had started playing up, dropping speeds constantly, unstable connections (disconnecting and reconnecting) multiple times per hour - made everyday use extremely painful (especially gaming) 

 

I went through all the normal guides and checks that Virgin recomendad, nothing has worked or fixed the issues, it was stable for about a week and has again started playing up this week, hence why I am here. Prior to these issues nothing has change in regards to router location etc, yet I’m being told by the app there is wifi interferance. It has Stayed in the same place untouched for years without issues so I can’t see it being down to “location” - of course it’s in an open space with nothing around it.

 

it’s getting to the point where I am considering going back to SKY because it’s just an ongoing issue that never seems to get resolved and the Virgin help team (as kind as they are) just send me in circles..

I'm sorry to hear about the poor broadband issues you've experienced.

I've had a look on my end and I can see that there a lot of drops in the connection.
