I have been facing connection issues for the last few weeks and it’s so annoying and disappointing since I don’t have a decent support from Virgin.
I have run all the tests, reseted my hub and did all the “DIY” possible.
Need help.

What exactly is the problem, does it affect Ethernet cabled devices and/or WiFi.

Hi Tudor,
It affects both cabled and Wi-Fi.
Sometimes it became very slow where I can not watch a simple video on YouTube because it keeps loading and loading.
And there is also the full “disconnected” status, when cabled and Wi-Fi went down and my hub is flashing lights.
