Unstable broadband connection in DY8 area

I connect to my work servers via a Client VPN connection.

In normal circumstances, I am able to work all day from home with no problems.

Over the past couple of weeks, the connection has been occasionally dropping out, but today it drops out after a minute or so.

I have rebooted my Hub but has made no difference.

I have checked with work, there is no problem their end, so has to be local to me.

Can I have some guidance on how to get this checked / resolved?

Hi @Refgizmo 

Have you used the /check-services/i  function? You can also a run a test on your equipment from there. 

If nothing is showing  you could also try the  automated Service Status number  0800 561 0061.  This often gives details of more local issues down to postcode level.

Hi Dave,

I tried the check services function and after waiting about  5 minutes it said that the service wasn't available at that time.

I'll try the 0800 number.

Hi Dave,

 

Apparently there is an issue in the area, which is complex and taking time to rectify.

Not heard any complaints from the neighbours in the postcode, who I know have Virgin media, though.
