No, it's terrible and you are very likely getting almost no service.
Check that your coax connections are all tight. If that makes no difference you will need a technician visit to find the problem.

The visit went very well. He replaced the wire through the cavity wall, checked the big green box down the road and replaced the hub. I’ve never had such a good connection, no post RS errors compared to hundreds of thousands before and no errors in the network log. BQM graph since new hub.
