Under floor

Hi I don’t know how to put this but here goes. If we ever have an issue with our TV and a technician comes out we have to pull up our carpet and they go to something under the floorboards. We are wanting to lay some new flooring now (laminate) and worry that if we ever have problems with our TV connection again we would have to lift up the flooring which will probably ruin it. Anyone know if they would be able to move it?

It’s a standard £25 fee for non fault call-outs. The technician will put the Hub and cables were you want them. This should resolve the issue of underfloor access.

Hey PoggyD, thank you for reaching out with your question today.

As mentioned above we do have a tech call out charge which would help with issues like this.

If you have any other questions please so let me know. Thanks
