I am unable to use virgin medias WiFi in any Premier Inn Hotels! I am an IT Consultant and rely on WiFi to do my work and speak to my children.
I have tried everything using a different browser and deleting cookies etc. Also forgetting the network and so on.
I spoke to Virgin Media Support and got no help at all!
I am deeply annoyed as I have spent £24,000 plus at the Premier Inn Hotels. It looks like I will no longer stay at the Premier Inn's if this doesn't get resolved.
