Yes that would be nice to know however sadly we were not informed of the reason from our list supplier this time, if it does happen again we will try to find out more. As you say it may have been a false positive, anyway apologies it happened, stopped your client email traffic and we did not get to it sooner, however that said on the plus side you have met the lovely Tim and got some good Domain DNS advice. If you do have further issues please come to the forum first as we will all look after you.
Note that it'll take about 4 hours for the changes to propagate everywhere.(The 14400 TTL value - 14400 seconds = 240 minutes).
