Unable to order first Wifi Pod

Trying to order my first Wifi Pod but VM Connect App won't give me the option even though it has just scanned rooms below 30 Mbps...

Cannot find a page anywhere on My Virgin Media account pages giving me the option to place an order for this. 

Would appreciate if someone from Virgin Media support staff could respond to this post with the correct procedure to follow. Incredibly convoluted process for something that's advertised as one of the benefits of the packages.

We're sorry to hear you've been struggling to get some WiFi Pods sent out to you - we'd like to help.

I've dropped you a PM so I can take your account details and have a look. In the meantime and if you haven't already, can you please run some speed tests via Samknows in all of the rooms where you're receiving <30mbs? These results will filter through to us and we can confirm if WiFi Pods are required.

I do not work for VM. My services: HD TV on VIP (+ Sky Sports & Movies & TNT sport), x3 V6 boxes (1 wired, 2 on WiFi), Hub5 in modem mode with Apple Airport Extreme Router +2 Airport Express's & TP-Link Archer C64 WAP. On Volt 350Mbps, Talk Anytime Phone, x2 Mobile SIM only iPhones.
