Unable to access Hub remotely

Hi

I am unable to access my hub remotely on https://myip:8443/

Have already tried the following.

1. Remote access option is ON with default port 8443

2. Changed remote access port and forwarded to new port

3. Turning off firewall

4. Pin hole router reset

Please help.

try with HTTP not HTTPS

Hello

You need to change the port in the configuration to 7979 the original port will not work beaware that leave it enable to a security risk.
