Unable To Set Address Reservation

I have 3.0 hub, and want to make some address reservations.

The problem is the hub is so sluggish when I try to do anything.

The hub has been reset several times, but nothing has changes.

Any help appreciated - many thanks.

Thank you for your post and we are sorry to hear you have been experiencing issues with your Hub 3.0. Are you able to confirm if your broadband speeds are reflecting the issues you have been experiencing? How long have you been experiencing this for? Is it constant or intermittent?

moRe: Unable To Set Address Reservation

When logging into the modem it has been very sluggish for a long time,

The speed fluctuates wildly. We are subscribed to 100 m and sometime  Speedtest can show !00+.

At the moment it is:- 3.59 download

Do you think a replacement modem would help?

How's things been since posting? If still the same, can you do a wired (non-console) speedtest for me at speedtest.net with only that device connected to the internet?
