Hi,
I have a Ulefone Armor X7 Pro, running Android 10.
I set up the APN settings 2 years ago with help from this community forum. A few days ago there was a Ulefone wireless update, and now mobile data doesn't work. I was going to check the APN settings, but get the message "Access Point Name settings are not available for this user". They were 2 years ago...
Can anyone help?

Get to the "Access Point Name settings are not available for this user" page. Hit the '+' button. This opens the manual APN screen.
At Name enter: virgin mobile data
At APN enter: Internet1
Hit the bottom 'return button, to save.
When you go back to APNs it should now show virgin mobile data internet1 and hopefully your mobile data will be restored.
