Two days without Internet

Robo-mesages claim that they are aware of the problem affecting "your area".. and even stated specific six-hour time window when they will work to fix if. However, that time is now in the past - and still no service, or the ability to know anything else.

What is also frustrating is that our phones show us being connected... but clearly we are not connected other than blank hanging screen. With laptops they don't show that - only outright offline status.
