Twitter "Content is not available"

Twitter will no longer plays videos.  All I get is "Content is not available"

This happens on Wi Fi and 4G

I have cleared the cache on my phone and uninstalled/re-installed as recommended by Twitter support

It seems that the problem may be to do with Virgin

Can anyone help me?

Hiya,

It is a known issue:

I assume you have parental controls on.

You need to add videos.twimage.com to your unblocked sites list - then switch off parental controls and switch them back on - this has worked for people!

Thanks for the excellent advice. It works.

However, I now have video when on WiFi but not on 4G

Do you have any idea for a similar workaround?
