I have poor Wi-Fi connectivity in my study. I have used the virgin connect app and it tells me I might need a booster. It then direct me to my virgin media account and I am stuck in a loop and cannot find how or where I go to order a booster.
Re: Trying to order a 2nd booster and stuck in a loop
Not sure how VM are handling this for people with boosters already, but VM now supply “wifi pods” (not “boosters”).
These are free to customers on the 1GB or Ultimate Oomph packages, and so are worth trying.
Otherwise you will be charged £5/month - and at that level of investment you would soon pay off the cost of buying a "better" solution that will be yours to own and use forever. Indeed returning the boosters as well if you are paying for those per month.
