On Friday I was told VM would overnight a new router to me. No parcel arrived on Saturday so I phoned again and was told it is with Yodel and they have delays. Now Monday, no parcel as yet and I can’t get through to a human on the phone to get the parcel tracking number. So frustrating, how can I break through and solve this problem?

When I was sent a replacement router, the order nor tracking details showed in my Virgin account. I did however receive an email on the day of delivery from Yodel. My delivery took around 5 days.
