Total packet loss, latency issues, netflix buffering
Dear Community, my first message...
Very recently signed up to Virgin (circa 17 Nov) and have noticed Netflix buffering at 25% and then being kicked out of the internet conncection. Happens on my youview box and smart tv. Several times during one show.
Then checked connection via thinkbroadband and noticed high latency and total packet loss.
Connection to TV/you view is via Ethernet over powerline (brand new), 1300Mbps device.
I am on SH3 with latest firmware.
Have also observed wifi connection problems on laptop, particularly via VPN.
