Ah, now that makes sense.  No, I can't see me giving them any more money than I already do.


So essentially, my options are really what they were before I asked thew question - put up with the poor wifi, or buy some new (better?) extenders, or buy a better router and go back to Modem mode.  Or the obvious, lose a little speed and go with another provider who offers a better hub/router.

Your problems won't be fixed by going to the hub 3.0. You need a better way of getting WiFi around your house, Ethernet cabling with wireless access points or homeplugs are two options.

I thought I would start a new monitor and this looks a little different.  This is on my pc, which is connected via ethernet.  I have a laptop I can plug in at some stage to test the wifi but for the moment this is what I get.  Excuse my ignorance (which was probably already on show!) but I assume the issues I have with buffering when streaming are recorded on here by the constant spiking, or am I misreading this?bb check.JPG

Can you post some stats. Go to 192.168.0.1 (router mode) or 192.168.100.1 (modem mode), do not log in, click on the link "Check Router Status".
Copy and paste the Downstream, Upstream and Network Logs. Mask any public IP or MAC addresses.
