Timeout errors, modulation & some lag

Having a few minor issues this past week and I can probably see why on the upstream sudden large errors on the top half of the log on downstream

Ch4 has been stuck on 32QAM for a few days even after a restart and won’t go back to normal, a few spikes on the graph and having some lag loading things up slower than normal.

Can you check for issues please, I’ll put the stats below.

Had to move the appointment to Tues now as I needed the doctors on Friday.

3 channels now on 32QAM on upstream.

Is your coax cable tightly screwed in both ends? What you are reporting can be caused by a loose cable.

Seph - ( DEFROCKED - My advice is at your risk)

He’s been, done a factory reset, he says it’s all in spec with power levels as up and down speeds and the cables are all tight. Also said the hub is quiet hot.
