I am unable to access THE NATIONAL LOTTERY website from my mobile phone. It has stopped working from the app.
Is that using mobile data or/and WiFi?.
If just over data:
Check Parental Control is turned off in your mobile online account - restart phone afterwards if you change the setting.
Some have also had problems where it says you are not in the UK (the new SIM's are rebranded Belgium Proximus SIM's), downloading a VPN app and setting it as London helps.
