Hi The Cloud has not been working on my phone for a few weeks now, I have done everything the VM team has told me to do and it still isn't listed on my available networks so I cannot use the internet on the bus or in the car.. Can anybody help me?

Thank you for making your first post regarding the issues you are having accessing the Cloud network on your mobile. Please can you clarify for me what your are trying to do? Have you tried using roaming data to connect instead?
I would recommend calling our Mobile Team on 789 / 0345 600 0789 so that we can look into this further for you.
