Hello,
I have been chosen to house sit the brothers house whilst waiting for a technician visit on Saturday.
If I was to contact Virgin whats the chance of getting the technician to call when on his way so I don't have to spend 4 hours on the hope he turns up?

Thanks for posting on our community forums. Apologies for the late reply, you can manage you fault appointment here. As long as you know your brothers log on details.
Our technicians always call at least 15-20 minutes before they arrive to let you know they are on their way. Did your brother supply your mobile number as you're waiting in for this appointment? Your brother would have also received a text message if the technician was not going to show today.
