Technical fault in the area

What is going on with virgin had no internet all day and still not got any what’s going on?

There is a technical fault in the area I just wanted to know what was going on and why it’s taking so long as your well aware all school work is done online and I get penalised for them not logging on when they can’t, I understand issues may occur I just wanted to know if there’ll able to log on tomorrow??

There should be an estimated fix time, unfortunately nobody will respond to you before tomorrow, responses on here from Virgin staff can take up to a week.

There was it said 16.50 then changed to 23.50 so who knows!!!

Can you get a 4G data plan for backup when Virgin goes down? It's not very expensive these days and many of us have found it essential to have a standby service.
