TV and broadband service issues

Hello Community 

I have been suffering with very poor TV and Broadband over the past couple of weeks, following a total outage and return of service. The TV service is constantly pixilating, and losing sound, and the broadband is inconsistent, causing buffering on things like netflix, and disconnections from online gaming. Today I have done a few speed tests, and im getting speeds ranging from 7 to 50 mbps, whereas I used to consistently get 350 mbps.

Have you called in and reported the issues - they will check your connections - see what they say first.
