My TV go does not seem to be working, I've logged in using details and says something about a sub account which I don't have, can someone look into this please or raise IT ticket

Thanks for posting. My apologies for the delayed reply and the TV Go issues.
The TV Go uses the same log in details as you'd use to sign in to the My Virgin Media online account
Are you using the same details?
