TFTP Request

my hub 3.0 reset and when i looked on the logs this error showed up does anyone know what theses are and should i contact customer support

TFTP Request Retries exceeded, CM unable to register

 

TFTP failed - Request sent - No Response;CM-MAC=**:**:**:**:**:**;CMTS-MAC=**:**:**:**:**:**;CM-QOS=1.1;CM-VER=3.0;

Can you post your full network log (masking any WAN IP addresses) plus the downstream and upstream stats.

Go into your hub on 192.168.0.1 and you will see tabs of the stats. The TFTP is usually used by VM for a firmware download. You could try power cycling your hub and this may kick off the download correctly.
