T3 + T4 Time-outs

Hi There.

I’ve got an intermittent problem with my broadband connection, that has been occurring since I got my service in July of 22.

Seemly at random, the services drops for 5-15 mins at a time. I’ve got a broadband-quality monitor set up, and there seems to be no pattern.

The logs in the router are a mix of T3 and T4 timeout issues whenever these issues occur.

I've seen from other posts where people have had nearly identical issues it seems to be a signal/power issue from the cabinet to the house.

I have had an engineer out to look at the problem, where they replace the Coax inside the house and gave me a new router, but this didn’t change the situation.

How can I look at getting this resolved?

The wiring into the house from the street appears to be old, can this be replaced?
