T3 Error and Pre RS Errors

Hello VM Family, 

I am having Few T3 errors a day for a while now.

Speed are up and Down but not hitting constant 500 I am paying for. 

Here Is a log and BQM 

HUB is in router mode 3 days now.

All is fine apart from speed issues and that's due to congestion within local virgin network with everyone being at home.

Pre RS errors happen its post RS that can be an issue and again that's if they happening in great numbers and constantly.

T3 times outs have been on the rise everywhere and it seems to be related to the congestion issues with everyone working from home and virtual classes

The constant yellow is normal on Virgin connections, the parts where it rises between 8am and 2am is due to usage on the network in the area being high.
