Surfshark VPN Stopped Working

Surfshark VPN via Hub 3.0 wifi has been working fine for years, but in the last week fails to connect.  It connects fine via mobile data so feels like this is something to do with Virgin Media.  Also when I try to go to https://surfshark.com via wifi I get this error (all other sites respond fine).  Have Virgin Media blocked Surfshark?  And if so, why?

Check if you have websafe and virus safe enabled on your online account,

hi many thanks for that, I added https://surfshark.com to the whitelisted sites in Web Safe and that looks like it's sorted it 🙂
