Hello everyone! Since last night I've been having issues my Wi-Fi connection from my superhub!! I've turned it on and off, pressed the virgin button for 6 seconds on the side, pulled the plug out and left it for about 30 seconds and put it back in again. Just a little while ago the bottom light webt yellow and was flickering but still no connection. I checked to see if there was a fault with my broadband and there isn't!! I've got the Wi-Fi symbol on my phone with an exclamation mark beside it..
Do a pinhole reset to factory settings. Push the pin on the hub with the end of a paperclip in until you feel its its stop point and hold for a "timed" 40 seconds do NOT restart the router after that. Your passwords/passphrase for both Hub and Wifi will revert to those printed on the Hub sticker on its base/side/drawer. See if that sorts it.
