Hello came back from holiday no broadband for 5 days due to new year etc virgin operative came yesterday to get it back up and running no problem said it was a splitter problem.
Turned it off last night and turned it back on this morning it took an hour to boot up any ideas
does the superhub need to be powered up all the time?
and does it have to go through the TiVo box?
The hub may have been receiving a firmware update.
Normally it should be left switched on unless you are away for a long period.
No it doesn't go through the Tivo. It doesn't need a Tivo to work.
The hub does take a little time to start up but shouldn't take that long. If it continues to do this can you let us know.
