Every now and then my wifi signal from my super hub drops off, and i loose connection, even my kids wired connection is experiencing lag issues, i'm on gigabyte package, and expect better for what i'm paying!

Thanks for your post and welcome to the forums. It's great having you on board with us in the Community. I'm sorry to hear that you are having issues with your WiFi connection.
Checking our systems, I can see all is looking well with the Hub in terms of signal levels, uptime and time outs. There are no faults open that may be affecting you either. Your downstream power levels are looking a little high though so we'll need to book an engineer to come and adjust these. I just need to confirm the address to ensure we are booking the visit on the correct account.
